Shipping policy

Digital delivery only
All products sold by E.Vance, including Revitalize Naturally: The 30-Day Holistic Reset, are digital eBooks in PDF format. We do not ship any physical items, so there are no shipping fees, customs duties or delivery times to worry about.

How you receive your eBook

  1. Complete your purchase at checkout.
  2. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a secure download link. The link may also appear on your order confirmation page.
  3. Click the link to download your PDF and save it to your device.

Delivery is normally instant, and in most cases the email arrives within a few minutes of payment. Occasionally, delays can occur because of payment verification or email provider issues.

Didn't receive your download link?
Please check the following first:

  • Look in your spam, junk or promotions folder.
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
  • Search your inbox for emails from our store or from Shopify.

If you still cannot find it after 30 minutes, contact us at evelynvance30@yahoo.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will resend your link, usually within 2 business days.

Download access
Your download link is personal and intended for your own use only. Please save your file in a safe place after downloading. If your link stops working or you lose your file, contact us and we will gladly help you get a new link.

Compatible devices
The eBook is a standard PDF file and can be opened on computers, tablets and smartphones using any PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, your web browser, or the built-in reader on your device.

Worldwide availability
Because our products are digital, they are available worldwide. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which we do not control.

Problems with your file
If your file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, contact us at evelynvance30@yahoo.com and we will send you a replacement. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
