Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing Revitalize Naturally: The 30-Day Holistic Reset. Because our products are digital (eBooks in PDF format) and are delivered instantly after payment, no physical shipping or returns are involved. Please read the policy below.

Digital products
Once your eBook has been delivered and downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales of digital products are final, except in the situations described below.

When we will issue a refund or replacement
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at evelynvance30@yahoo.com if:

  • the file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open;
  • you did not receive your download link or email after payment;
  • you were charged twice for the same product;
  • you received a different product than the one you ordered.

We will first try to fix the problem by sending you a new file or link. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund.

How to request a refund
Email us at evelynvance30@yahoo.com with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a short description of the issue. We will reply within 2 business days.

European Union and United Kingdom customers
If you are located in the EU or the UK, you normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the content has been made available to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
